Basic protection (auto-included in all rentals)

Common exclusions (customer pays)
- ✕Punctures / burst tyres, hubcap damage or loss
- ✕Stains / damage to in-car equipment
- ✕Towing after an accident, etc.
- ✕NOC: ¥20,000 if driven back / ¥50,000 if not drivable
- ✕Vehicle excess ¥50,000 on self-inflicted accidents is not waived by Standard/Premium
- ✕For multiple accidents in one rental, only the first is covered
- ✕Not available to drivers under 21, licensed under 1 year, or deemed unsuitable
